Born in the land of the nectar of the Gods, Monica Faraoni has created a unique company with a production philosophy based on a continuous and systematic study of land and vines, on conservation of its genetic inheritance and on the development and improvement of the territory. "Le Solive" is making its mark for its wines, which are a typical and absolute expression of their place of origin. With the Vernaccia di San Gimignano, in particular, the concept of one grape variety and the characteristics exclusive to the San Gimignano terrain, are epitomised.
San Gimignano is the only place in the world where this Vernaccia could be produced. "Le Solive" still maintains manual work in the vineyards, with some innovations aimed at creating wines of excellent character.
