With the Vernaccia di San Gimignano, in particular, the
concept of one grape variety and the characteristics exclusive
to the San Gimignano terrain, are epitomised.
San Gimignano is the only place in the world where this
Vernaccia could be produced. "Le Solive" still maintains
manual work in the vineyards, with some innovations aimed
at creating wines of excellent character.
